Vidacare, a medical device company which has developed an exclusive technology platform that has utility across a broad spectrum of medical specialties for both therapeutic and diagnostic purposes, approached JHG Townsend to help review their strategic path for more rapid market acceptance of their intraosseous (IO) access device, the EZ-IO™, and expand awareness and interest.

Their goal was to optimally position the company where they could clarify their strategic direction, build brand equity, create a higher degree of public awareness, and accelerate revenue growth, all while maximizing perceived value.

Our comprehensive strategic marketing and public relations program included an aggressive media campaign to target markets and outreach to physician and pre-hosptial markets. In addition, an efficient brand management and positioning program has resulted in robust sales figures and generated substantial national and international exposure for the company.

Currently, we are working with Vidacare to launch their OnControl™ aspiration system in late summer 2008.
