Senior Interactive Designer
The Senior Designer will handle "day to day" advanced design assignments. Candidate should be talented and have a diverse style/portfolio and should be very comfortable working at a high level in the Adobe Creative Suite. We are a team of talented, yet ego-less creatives who stay focused on creating great work. We are a fast rising company who puts its clients and projects above any individual team member. We expect the same from our new Senior Designer.

The Designer would be responsible for the projects from conception to presentation. The Senior Designer may also direct junior designers, who generate comps and create layouts and final designs.

Responsibilities include:
  • Concept and develop designs based on creative strategy and overall vision
  • Collaborate with Creative Director and team to guarantee projects are in line with project directive, strategy and deliverables
  • Develop aesthetic set, wireframes and storyboards along with usability structure/theory for designated projects
  • Follow style guide/corporate mandates
  • Manage design revisions
  • Work with Project Manager on scheduling and budgeting

Senior Designer must have:
  • Positive outlook and a sense of humor
  • 3+ years of work experience [agency experience, not just freelance]
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Flash (ActionScript a plus)
  • Experience with CSS/HTML (minimal is OK)
  • Strong design portfolio
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Experience in any or all of the following project types preferred:
    • Creative (design, print, motion media)
    • Technology (web/interactive)
    • Sports
