We are currently seeking an Interactive Manager to join our team of professionals. This position will participate in multiple accounts by working closely with the Senior Director and Development Team to strategize and execute online marketing tactics to meet client objectives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work collaboratively with Account Management Team to develop and implement project planning methodologies, web applications and websites.
- Manage and communicate (internal & external) the implementation of significant changes to program requirements, schedules and development projects.
- Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate frequently with both the client and team members regarding project proposals and implementation.
- Develop and deliver solutions that align with the client’s needs.
- Ensure quality control of all deliverables
- Participate in production of all deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent IT experience
- Minimum of 3 years of development experience in online technologies, web theory and best practices
- Experience with the following preferred: ASP.net, PHP, database systems, SEO and PPC, analytics, email distribution systems, Basecamp, CMS, CRM, mobile technologies
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience in client relations preferable in an agency setting
- Proven accurate project estimation and timeline planning for flash projects, web applications and websites
- Detail oriented, creative problem-solver, and a team player

Graphic/Web Designer Intern
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic/Web Designer Intern with excellent design and communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adhere to tight deadlines and bring a fresh creative perspective to our team.

Senior Interactive Designer
The Senior Designer will handle "day to day" advanced design assignments. Candidate should be talented and have a diverse style/portfolio and should be very comfortable working at a high level in the Adobe Creative Suite. - Maintain copy consistency, quality and efficient work flow on each project.

- Proofread and copy edit assigned projects including both print and interactive materials to ensure appropriate grammar, correct spelling, and proper layout.

Requirements:
- Five years of experience writing and editing copy for an ad agency, publisher, website, broadcast outlet, magazine, newspaper, corporation, etc.
- Well-versed in the differences between writing for interactive versus print copy.
- Strong editorial perspective with the intellect to support your perspective.
- Ability to convey technical concepts in simple, non-technical language.
- Skilled in long format writing and Internet research.
- Strong synthesis and conceptual skills.
- Detail-oriented but able to see the big picture.
- Level headed in what can sometimes be a fast-moving, high-stress, deadline-driven environment.

Web Developer
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented freelance Web Developer with a concentration on front end development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adhere to tight deadlines and bring a fresh perspective to our team. The right candidate will spend the majority of their time building and maintaining web sites, intranets, and extranets. The right candidate must have at least four years of web development experience. Additionally, some or all of the following technical skills are required:

- Four years of experience building and maintaining web sites, Intranets/Extranets. Expert HTML skills, including JavaScript, CSS, XML.
- Standard website management skills, including a good understanding of revision control, FTP, and best practice techniques for keeping content intact during updates, staging/production environments, web server (IIS, Apache) configuration/management etc.
- Production experience extracting content and creating assets from typical source applications including the Adobe Creative Suite (Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash) and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced JavaScript skills including experience with AJAX, Prototype, or JQuery, are a major plus
- Experience with Actionscript 2.0, PHP, ASP.NET a major plus.
