JHG-Townsend Executive VP Elizabeth Estes-Cooper to Moderate Panel on Building Customer Relationships with Technology at National Sports Forum

JHG-Townsend, a results-driven communications group that effectively combines traditional marketing and PR services with new digital media, today announced that Elizabeth Estes-Cooper, JHG-Townsend’s executive vice president of strategic planning, will moderate a panel titled, "IPTV, SEO, SEM: Making $$ And Sense Of It All" at the National Sports Forum held in Memphis, Tennessee. Estes-Cooper is an 18-year veteran of the media business and previously served as the director of News/Talk/Sports Radio for Clear Channel Colorado where she managed network radio programming for 11 news/talk/sports stations.

The panel will address how new technologies, coupled with current shift in consumer behavior, are changing the way enterprises connect with fans and customers. This session will look at technologies such as IPTV, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC), wireless application protocol (WAP) and mobile platforms and discuss the opportunities these technologies present to company brands to help them effectively connect with the consumer, increase revenues and create new sponsorship opportunities.
